A Meditation Workshop

presents the Hridaya workshop, a meditation workshop for the Revelation of the Spiritual Heart,
to be held in Sanpentru (2 km near Brasov), Romania.
- Friday 20 November: 17-20;
- Saturday 21 November: 8-13, 16-20;
- Sunday 22 November: 8-12, 14-17.
This workshop includes advice for guided meditation, lectures, and practical methods such as:
- Ramana Maharshi’s method of introspection
(Self-inquiry, âtma vicâra, using the question “Who Am I?”)
- Techniques of stilling the mind using breath control
- Methods of Self-centering in everyday life
- A proper understanding of Advaita Vedânta’s fundamental principles
- Daily special meditations on themes connected with Self-Revelation
- Yogic methods that approach the issue of the Spiritual Heart
- Poetry
- Hatha Yoga sessions
- Walking meditations
- The tibetan practice of Tonglen
The fee for this workshop is 15 Euro.
